Three Reasons to Implement a Modern Mentoring Program

    Great points! We have found that providing standardization and “how-to” guidance in sales teams can actually create career paths. Savvy sales support personnel are able to take the sales executive opening. Successful sales execs are promoted to sales leadership positions.

    While it is the same sales process, they play different roles, which provides a great opportunity for mentoring – especially if content is available on demand.
